Three Psalmic Meditations draws from Psalm 13, Psalm 39:4–7, and Psalm 36:5–10. Though born of a sacred biblical lineage, these texts speak to deeply human experiences that remain as urgent today as ever. Psalm 13 voices the ache of feeling forgotten—a cry still heard among those displaced by war, migration, or injustice, whose lives too often go unseen. Psalm 39 reflects on the fleeting nature of life, reminding us that our days are fragile and finite, and that how we spend them—whether with mercy or indifference—carries lasting weight. Psalm 36 turns our gaze toward hope, envisioning a world where love, faithfulness, and justice reach beyond every border and division.
